St. Andrew's Episcopal Church is located on Route 140 in North Grafton. The church was completed in 1959 to replace the original St. Andrew's built in 1897. The church steeple is made of fiberglass and, at the time it was placed there, it was the only one of its kind in the United States.

The church is adjacent to the Masonic Lodge and at special times the parking lots are shared. There is a wheel chair entrance into the church. The church and hall are vinyl-sided and the windows and roof were replaced in the mid-90s. The heat in the floor was replaced by baseboard heating. The grounds are planted with memorial gifts of trees and a memorial garden was planted during the summer of 2006. There is a flagpole and a carved wooden sign that was refurbished in the summer of 2005. The church is located close to North Grafton "Village," the Pine Grove Cemetery, the Roman Catholic Church and the Methodist Church.

The interior of the church is carpeted and the walls are painted a soft ivory. The furnishings are very simple and the church seats about 150 people comfortably. Leading to the parish hall is the Vicar's office, Secretary's office, choir room and a newly decorated Parlor. Opening off the parish hall, there are four Sunday school classrooms, a nursery and a kitchen. There are green, white, purple and red altar hangings, which were purchased with memorial donations. There is a P.A. system for the hearing impaired.
